What We Do

Supporting Good Choices and Personal Growth

CCI works with youth involved in the justice system and their families, offering in-home counseling, family therapy, mentoring, and case management services. Our goal is simple: help young people and families build the skills, relationships, and stability they need for lasting positive change.

At CCI, we meet our youth clients where they are. We understand that every young person’s challenges are shaped by their family dynamics, school environment, and community connections. Rather than taking youth out of their homes, we work directly with parents and caregivers to strengthen family relationships and build effective parenting strategies. We provide practical tools and ongoing support that help families create positive change from within, empowering parents to guide their children toward healthier choices and personal growth.

Our Services

Mentoring

CCI’s mentoring program pairs young people with concerned adult mentors who provide consistent support and guidance. Youth meet with their mentor weekly to work on personal goals, talk through challenges, and celebrate progress. Mentors create a judgment-free space where young people can openly share what’s on their mind and get practical advice from someone who genuinely cares about their success. These trusted relationships help youth build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and navigate life’s ups and downs with support.

Family Therapy

Family therapy at CCI brings qualified therapists directly into clients’ homes to work with youth and their families. Our therapists help identify family patterns that may be creating conflict or stress, then work collaboratively with everyone to develop practical solutions. Families meet weekly with their therapist in the comfort of their own home, focusing on personalized goals that strengthen relationships and improve communication. This approach allows families to practice new skills in their natural environment while building stronger, healthier dynamics together.
